Hey does anyone know if it is possible to sell a driver to one person only 
As in a friend 
Without having to put it on auction to the public?

Arrange a time with your friend.
Sell the driver to auction.
Your friend immediately uses "Buy Now" for 9 tokens to secure the driver before anyone else has the opportunity to bid.

i also heard abt the shortlist and sell method but thanks for the info

Shortlist and sell now won't work anymore as the option to buy drivers/staff not currently on transfer market was disabled. Only drivers/staff that was in the team in the past (or shortlisted before the change) can still be (re)hired at any time.
