I was thinking about some stuff, and I figured this was a good idea for some people who can't attend races live. Maybe when selecting the Previous Race button and viewing race results, there could be a section where small highlights are available. Like in the top right corner when watching races live, there's a little commentary box that says stuff like "Driver 1 overtakes Driver 2" and "Team 1 completes Driver 1's pit stop in 4.00 seconds". If that kind of stuff could be saved and put into a small section with the laps some people could read and catch up on stuff that happened during the race because they missed it. For example, I was reading race results a few days ago on another account and saw that two people retired on the same lap. I wanted to see what was the cause of the retirements and if they were linked (obviously not until damage and contact is added please). But all that's there is the final classification and the drivers' lap times. If there was something like that in the game soon that would help a lot of people who are unable to see races and want a little more info.
Sounds like a good idea just not sure how feasible.
I think it would easier to have race replays though that might require a lot of data storage. This problem I think may be mitigated a bit by having an expiration limit on the replays - say the replay from the last race expires at the start of qualifying of the next race (24hrs or less).
