In my first season i just put all my focus onto 'next season' and copied the top runner in the league i was racing in and managed to sart this season with around 60% desgin devolpment on all my parts . So when i started this season i expected the devolpment to be the same or maybe better , as i have more desginers and th same focus , however i am getting less parts developed per day and only devolping 5% for next season insted of 7 % . Could somone explain why this happenes or a solution .

The higher your current season % is, the harder it is to develop a new part. In other words, the development takes longer and increases less.

This is a section taken from the Beginners' Guide:
The better your parts become, the more time your designers need to develop an improvement for a part. Increasing the amount of designers helps in that area, but regardless of how many designers you are willing to allocate to one part, the quickest they can do is a new part every 2 days

Take a look at this too, Owen.
Taken from Beginners guide, also :

Next season gains are based on current season performance levels
When a team focuses a lot of energy on one season it has a negative impact on the next. This prevents a team from ever becoming unstoppable.
