Hello, I've played this game for several years using the same system and although may have had lag in a certain race never had anything constant but maybe a month or afew ago I started getting constant stuttering during races which at the time I put down to maybe moving house and internet connection but considering my internet on other things I assumed it was my laptop so been trying things.
Today I found out its not laptop performance from running checks in the background during races but did found out that when I had the stratergy or settings tab open it completely smoothed out the game as seen in this video (sorry for the quality)
Anyone got any ideas. I can technically stay in the stratergy screen and see tyre temps, and use hotkeys for PL but thats pretty horrendous so hoping for something else. Awhile back when it first started I did try various different browers (using Firefox atm) and also the IGP desktop launcher but all didnt seem to make a difference but will be retesting them now.
