Driver Lv 19, attributes Lv 20

Hello , I'm not sure if this is a bug, I've got a driver level 19 and his attributes are level 20, even experience is level 20, any idea what this is happening, thanks you.

To get your driver to Level 20, train all but 1 attribute to 20, and when experience gets to the max, train the final attribute. If you train the attributes before experience reaches 20, the maximum level for your driver is 19.

However, only the attributes of a driver have an impact on their pace, their level doesn't actually mean anything.
