'Randomize Nationality' Mode

Random Nationalities for Academy Drivers

Currently, in order to get young drivers from other countries than the manager's, there are only 2 ways to do it and both cost tokens: 1) changing the manager's nationality, and 2) editing driver's profile after hiring them. 
That's not how it works in real life - Merc has Antonelli from Italy, Alpine has Zhou from China, Ferrari has Leclerc from Monaco, and Red Bull has Lawson from New Zealand.
I kinda understand why some people might want academy drivers only from their own nation and I'm totally fine with it, but in my personal view, it's totally reasonable to find it unrealistic and we definitely need an option to turn on or off 'Randomize Driver Nationality' mode with the academy.

Perhaps the developers won't include that switch. I appreciate your idea and indeed for some people who have sounded the same thing, making it more favorable to be included. I would say instead, if that is applied, you'll have the randomized nationalities of drivers and staffs without the filter you are speaking of. Nonetheless, it's a good idea if this game now head into the replication of real race world team managers out there...
