Does the star rating go down if you don't win races

Hello,
In iGP Manager, the level of your staff never decreases, however, you may find that as you level up, the amount of stars they have does go down.
This is because their stars are relative to their level and your manager level, so as your manager level increases, the stars decrease. It is important (especially at the higher levels (15+)) to make sure that your staff have 5*; at lower levels it is less important because you are levelling up a lot quicker.
Star levels don't change as a result of your performances in races.
