I want to ask to experienced players how the engine performance decreases when the health is lower. I mean a 100% engine is better than 92% engine or it works like the tyres that start to decrease their performance below 50%?
I think this is one of the few topics that are not covered by any thread on this forum.

It's pretty clear cut to get most from the engine 100% is better than 92%. But it also depends on you as a manager and the league you compete in against other managers. If it's it's competitive league than new engine is a must each race as every little bit of performance counts. If you are in an easy league and if you know what you are doing you can use 1 engine for 2 races or maybe even 3 races you might not get wins but should score good points.
But as you say above like tyres there is no drop off after certain percentage. If you are start race on 92% engine against 100% engine than you will be slower.
