What did you try to do?
Tried to react with like,sad,angry,love to news like people leaving or joining the league, and winning races.
What happened instead?
The bar with all the faces/emojis does not appear, and i am unable to react to any of the news

Reported to the developer team. I'll keep the topic open to report updates on this problem/bug. This problem has been in our radar for a while, we'll look at it sooner than later. Since it isn't a game breaking issue we might fix other bugs fix. Thank you for your report!

It's the (probably) next update, sorry. App updates are the ones requiring to download an update via App Store (Play Store and build-in Patcher respectively). Because of the requirement to be reviewed by Apple/Google those take longer as web updates, which are applied by the devs on their own game/web servers.
