Unable to react to “news” tab on homepage

What did you try to do?
Tried to react with like,sad,angry,love to news like people leaving or joining the league, and winning races.

What happened instead?
The bar with all the faces/emojis does not appear, and i am unable to react to any of the news

Yes, its been happening for almost a month now
