Please can you try to explain your issue in a few sentences - at the moment, it is almost impossible for the moderators and developers to know what the issue is you are having. 
With a detailed report, forum moderators are more easily able to help you and escalate the thread to the support team where necessary.

Hello,

Due to some testing the developers have been doing, they accidentally set lap records which would have been impossible for a normal player to beat. 
In order to keep the lap records fair, the developers had to reset the lap records instead of keeping their impossible laps.

It's exactly what he meant... although a bit more complicated ?


You set your lap record before the Devs messed up the lap records, so when they reseted them, it desconsidered all previous lap records, which probably would still stand, and only the new fastest laps are set as records.

I know it's not fair or right or even the correct times, but it does give a chance for more people to take lap records, even if by only a few minutes like we had in GB earlier this season ?, and get the achievement "Beat the Stopwatch".

You still can brag about having an extra-official lap record and having the achievement as proof ?

Do you not understand? They told you this multiple times now.

Devs set record with test account by accident (testing stuff like tire balancing), records get reset because of that, your record was before the reset. They have to reset ALL records or it doesnt work. You still get the achievement. You still can say that you had a record. And if youre that fast, then just set it again!


let me try to explain it to you as a child.
-there was a record for example 1.20..00
-I made 1.19.00
-developers 0.30.00
-and returned to 1.20.00

I re-set more records on 2 tracks and had set them before and something always happened-so I decided to ask if this is being done on purpose or intentionally

Hello,

As explained, when the developers were forced to reset the lap record (after they broke it), they have to reset it completely. This means that essentially, the lap record doesn't exist until somebody sets a new lap.
Unfortunately for you, this means your lap record disappeared as a result of the reset. The developers do not have a record of every fastest lap ever set in the track's history making it impossible for your lap to be reset as the lap record. 

You still have the achievement for breaking the world record initially, so that's proof that you did at one point have it - it's just it had to be deleted after the developers broke the record.
