Hello,

Do you mean the championship results or race results?

For championship results:
Go into league - full standings - and then select the tier and/or season you want to look at. 

For race results:
If your team took part in the race, you can use your full race history (can be found by clicking your manager photo in the top right corner).
If your team didn't take part in the race, the PC or web version of the game will allow you to see the race results for every race that has occured this season - just press the track on the league wall's calendar.
