gift subscriptions

I got half-way through implementing something like this but dropped it to work on gameplay in the new update. Essentially, I have a functioning prototype, but getting something that just works, and something you can publish on a live site, is another animal all together.

The bits that are missing are all the emails and notifications and user-interfacey bits. I could probably do them in a few days, though, but things are just too hectic behind the scenes right now (because we'd doing so much in other areas) to look in to it.

We can easily transfer a subscription from one account to another ourselves, so the helpdesk is always an option in the meantime. :)

Well, if you purchased it on any of your accounts I could transfer it easily to another account without asking! I don't think anyone would mind, so I wouldn't ask for their permission, haha.
