Chief Designer waits for confirmation for more then one year

Hi,
just wanted to hire a new Chief Designer.
Tried to hire that one a few days ago:

But it was shown, that he is waiting to be confirmed at Sunbeam Racing.

Now I tried to hire that Chief Designer again, but he is still blocked with the same message.
Then I had a look into the managers profile: Not active for more then one year!

So how can the chief designer be blocked, when normally the bid expires after 12 hours?

I've freed them up! They are back on the market.
