Academy generates same drivers

Scout a new pilot out of the drivers academy.

I get just the same drivers every time the academy list is refreshed. 3 pilots of 189 cm height and some other shorter guys. Different names but the same height every time. Do I do something wrong or do I have a wrong understanding of how it works? Maybe it depends on something I’m not aware of or is it really just a bug?

Bump. There are still the same drivers in my academy so there is a question that has been bothering me more and more lately: how am I supposed to get tall drivers now if my academy keeps avoiding ones? 

Chances of you getting a "tall' driver with the daily refresh rate is pretty slim. To improve your odds you have to manually refresh using tokens.

I have already tried that and still no progress in getting a tall driver from my academy. How many attempts are needed as up to your experience?
