Hey guys I'm from Trinidad and i wanted to know if I buy staff or drivers from the academy will they be same nationality as me or will it be random?

For the more common countries (as in player numbers) the drivers will have the same nationality as the team. However for some others the devs weren't able to build a large enough database of common names from the country (there's a forums thread in suggestions to, well, suggest more names), in that case the game falls back to British as nationality.
