I have somehow managed to create two teams under the same email. I created my original account a few years ago and played this game for a while until I uninstalled the app and left the game for a bit. In my break I got a new phone which I re-downloaded the game on, I followed the in app prompts and created a new account with the same email. When I try to sign into my account on a new device (desktop or mobile), it signs me into my old account, when I actually want to sign into my new one. If it is possible for you guys to delete my old account/team, leaving my current one active,  that would be great thanks.

Please write a ticket to the support team on the helpdesk where they will be able to assist you further.

If possible, within your report, include a link to the account you want deleting and the email address which is connected to the account.

I have resolved the problem with the two accounts. You can log back into your new account using the email entered when created the account.
If want to delete old account please send an email to support@igpgames.com or send us a helpdesk directly from your iGP account.
