By records I assume you mean fastest lap in the race because I don't believe any of the teams in your league are setting global qualifying or race lap records.
You are currently second in your championship and judging by the strategies being adopted there are very few active managers in the Rookie tier.
If other managers are beating you it could be for a number of reasons, they may be setting better strategies, their car development might be better or they may be prioritising to upgrade their HQs differently.
Some of these managers might be secondary accounts of experienced managers or maybe their understanding of the game is better. Either way, the best thing to do is learn from what they are doing and read this guide...

Maybe my strategy is weak that's OK I understand that.
But how about this...
Staff and pilots must be bringing more strategies by quality.
Else you give extra extra boost to new players and weight to oldies. And taa daaa new players wins even they off the line.
Try it yourself. Spend some time with newbie's and see their different kilometers etc.
It was like we developing yet they use it against us.
No manuals needed it's just my reaction for the first time.
