Randomly maximaze drivers' att

Maximazing drivers' attribute will change the game forever. Thinking of that, some drivers will be better at slow circuits but not so good at fast circuit, for example!  

Lewis Hamilton, Schumacher, Verstappen, Ascari, Fangio, Prost, Senna and many others were/are 20s 
Everyone else not. 
20s in all attributes should be rare!

Yes, I agree that the drivers in real life are only strong at certain stats, but this is IGP manager and we aim for balance. A good driver here should be OK in any situation. Furthermore, when the level cap is increased, there will be tons of way to develop drivers from lvl 20 and onwards

Yes it would be nice if level 30 is impossible to get in some attributes, there would be difference in drivers like in real life.

And no because we will all be looking for the perfect driver and end up with the same combination of skills in no time. Bear in mind a gifted driver irl is hard to find so you have to take his bad traits with it. In igp we generate good drivers on a daily basis, we can discard ones with bad traits
