What did you try to do?
closing and opening, spectated different tracks

What happened instead?
nothing it just did not came up

Wi-fi

What operating system is your PC?
Windows

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
3d race view, google

Can the bug be reproduced?
IDk

Additional comments:
it was ok on my android but not on my PC. Note: It happens in 3Drace viewer

Hello,

TV Camera is only available on the app version of the game (mobile) or the standalone app. You can now get the update on Windows standalone. One caveat... we seem to be having some issues with the patcher, so if your game is not automatically patched to version 4.050 you can get the update by uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it via the standalone installer. You can get it here or spectate any race on the spectate list for a prompt for the installer.
