What did you try to do?
Race

What happened instead?
Started with a connection issue for everyone. Then when we quit and rejoined, timing board was wiped with no info, pit strategy was reset with previous stint of fuel and the cars were moving then stopping, moving then stopping constantly every few meters.

Then to top it off, every time a car pitted, it would show as having stopped on the last hairpin before pit entry. When it was my turn to pit, same thing happened. I quit and rejoined and it had placed my car on the grass by the Italy flag near the top of the map. Every car on the same spot and right through to the end of the race from there, no racing was visually possible. Timing screen showed the gaps of the cars aswell as allowed push level changes though, and could use boost, but no idea where it was using boost (as all of our cars were stationary in the same off-road spot) so was rendered very inefficient and ruined many people's race.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Samsung Galaxy S10+

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
11

Can the bug be reproduced?
I hope not. But it happened to most people in the race (only people I can't confirm are the ones who don't chat or weren't there)

Additional comments:
People in the race who used android or apple all had same issue. I can confirm I'm also on the latest updated version of the game.

For it being reproduced, it’s near identical to what had happened in our Spain race a few days ago so that’s worth pointing out.

Near identical initially with getting booted and fuel changing, but then the frozen in the pits was new, previously it would at least still keep running around the track

Worth noting aswell Mr Mod/Dev whoever deals with this, that 1 person who used an apple computer while racing through the Brave browser, said he had all the same initial lag and reset of fuel, but his last pitstop ran fine and he could see all the cars moving around the track

Hello,
I have escalated this thread to the developers for investigation. I'm sorry to hear that you've been affected by this issue again.

I can see that you have requested a race re-run on the designated forum thread; I'll let the support team know so that the race can be repeated. Thank you.
