League chat editing problem

What did you try to do?
I tried to edit another comment into an existing one in my league chat section

What happened instead?
The added section did not format properly. Putting bits of what look like machine code instead of spaces in the text.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Samsung Galaxy X10 5G

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Sorry, can't remember right now, but it is up to date.

Can the bug be reproduced?
It has happened to me many times before

League number is 7181 if you want to have a look

Did the spaces in your edited message get replaced by “ ”?

Usually happens when editing extra text in with shift-enter, and then backspacing to tighten the text. Go back into Edit and then backspace the “ ” out then hit enter and it should be gone. 

Or & gets replaced by “&amp” 

Yup.  I was using the spacebar, though.
