Lost account

I've just linked my account with my Facebook and now when I log in it's restarted my game. I was almost level 20 and now I'm level 1 and I don't fancy doing it again l. Help

Yes that's it. It wasn't linked to Facebook or my email. I was trying to link it to Facebook but when I logged out then logged in using "log with Facebook" it loaded a new account. I hope there is a way to log into the one you've sent
