Dear dev-team,

First of all thanks for such an amazing F1 management game. I got hooked the minute I started playing this title and I kinda curse myself for not having found out about this wonderful game before. I hope you will continue to improve the game and implement new things as we go. I will be supporting this game every way I can!

I have a few requests for future updates, if I may be so bold? And I hope at some point in time you can factor these in to make this game even more epic than it already is:

1) Driver errors (off-tracks) (I think the Talent-value could be factor here). Also a higher 'agressiveness' setting (ordering a driver to push) increases the chance of a driver making a mistake
2) Engine blow up's, more random possibility of a car-breakdown (based on reliability factor)
3) Implementation of the safety-car and VSC (this would also greatly encourage people to actively monitor a race instead of click-and-forget playing). There anyways should be more encouragement or bonus for people who actually follow and monitor a race over people who just train, set their strategy but not actively participate in the races!
4) The possibility to 'bend' the rules but get penalized by scrutineering if caught 'cheating' (as in the ability to create illegal parts that give a certain advantage value, but might be penalized by grid or time-penalties if discovered by race scrutineering)
5) Possibility of shunts (driver's colliding with each other)
6) Talent improvement based on drivers race results, experience and perhaps morale
7) Staff training/improving
8) Possibility of a driver binning it (making a mistake and crashing)
9) Better driver and staff contract negotiation system. Drivers or staff can decline to drive for a team if wage and/or bonus-offers are too low. Drivers can get a preference or adversity for or against certain teams (rivalry) and thus be less susceptible to sign

Yes I know... I'm asking for a lot of features that are in Motorsport Manager, but I hope at some point in time they would be feasable...

I am a musician and composer btw, so if you would ever like to have some more music/loops composed for this game I'd be up for the challenge and write some tracks! I hope you keep on improving this great game and I wish you all the best!

In terms of your suggestions:

1,2,5 and 8 have been discussed for a long time. You can see more in the "Collisions" thread
3 has been introduced before but is removed now, and they are planning to launch it again with different moderators soon
4 is quite tricky to make
6 is unlikely to be made, as currently talent is untrainable
7 is a great idea, and should be done
9 is quite complicated. This is an online game, so there is nothing called "rivalry" teams. The transfer system currently looks the same as Top Eleven game, and I am happy with that. In terms of negotiation, I agree that there can be some more offers (not only 20 or 50 races at the moment) but the bonus is unnecessary I guess, as currently it is really hard to pass a certain threshold position in races, especially for new players.
Nonetheless, these are interesting ideas. Hope you can keep thinking of new suggestions!
And, of course the devs would be pleased with a musician and composer actually, as currently they are only a small team with designers, moderators, etc but with no music creators xD

Imo, if we take a few features from Motorsport Manager, it is better to redo the "team radio" system, so that drivers can frequently ask for tyre situations, push levels, track conditions, dilemmas, etc. Currently this system only has a push level which drivers don't engage themselves in it.

Thanks for your reply Minh! Hope at least some of it can be taken into consideration. As it stands this race management game is on par with the best when it comes to graphics and immersion, albeit the underlying database, number of parameters and such is still a bit archaïc and there's much room for improvement, refinement and sophistication!
