Currently i have all of my car components developed over 60% and compared to the league leaders they are far behind developed. but i'm still languishing in the lower positions (usually around 25 out of 30 cars) and i just don't understand why? i do all my prep in terms of running the test laps to get the set up and have tried all the different strategies there is and still around the same sort of result each time, it's been nearly 2 seasons.

is there something i'm missing or doing wrong?

Looking at last race, here is the driver who won:
http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/341318

and here is one of your driver:

Health play a big role, your driver just can't perform with such low health.

your other driver:
http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/61484

better on the health, but 76k (weight is really important too) and still nothing in Physical and Speed.

So train physical (better health, lose weight and gain stamina) 1st, then speed. (or at least, few times in physical, one time in speed and repeat)

Or hire better drivers. (some that already have better health and physcial/speed attribute)

Adding what Clement mentioned, which is very accurate, dont train Mental or Technical.
If you check the 6 drivers from the top 3 teams of your league (those you spyed) you can see a clear different pattern in the spyder web relating to your drivers..
Not to mention also that some of those 6 are right now in a higher level than your own drivers.

Take heed to what Clement and Alex have said. They've both said what I would!

I agree that training mental is bad, but I feel that technical helps you in wet conditions.
