I don’t understand why my Design and Manufacturer’s are showing level 2 when I’m at level 14. I have only been able to raise it once since playing. It will say 5 days or 2 days but those days never come. What am I missing?

These are screenshots of my Level which is 14 and it shows where my level is only 2 on my design. It never gets higher and will show so many days but those days never come.
Am I misssing something?

Hello,
I see that the build button is faded out, which isn't the usual behaviour. You have enough money for the upgrade, so it can't be that causing it.

Are you already in the process of upgrading another headquarter (for example Simulator)? As you can't upgrade 2 buildings simultaneously, the button may be faded for other buildings while the upgrade is ongoing.

Yes technology is upgrading currently. It never stops. None of the others do upgrade. You can see by the stars. Technology is way out there and driver is up some. Designs and parts never do. When I’m able to I always upgrade trying to make it better.

When did you start the current technology upgrade? 

By the sounds of it, this is a bug where one of your headquarters hasn't finished updating as it should do. If this is the case, I'll flag this thread to the support team so they can manually finish the upgrade for you.

Probably a few days ago. I have used tokens to finish the upgrade in the past. But once it is done it starts all over again.

An upgrade restarting itself is most likely a bug. I have flagged this thread to the support team where they will be able to fix your headquarters.

Hello,

I have solved the problem.
Please, to temporarily fix this small problem, when you see the grey screen after one of the builds is complete, (so not clickable for a new build) close the application or webpage and open it again.
