It would be great to get more office space, currently maxed out at 200 but feel I would hire more. I like having a well balanced car and a solid team working for my team. I know I'm not the only one who would like to see this and I think it would make the game more competitive.

I feel we should be able to downgrade marketers to 0...

Yes I want 800 support staff like Mercedes. Even Manor have more than 200. This isn't fair.

I agree with both Jason and Dee. Marketers so far have done nothing for me and 200 support staff, when I get there of course, doesn't seem like very much.

I mentioned this several months back, with a infograph showing how many people are on the staff of teams that are in F1, and the lowest budgeted teams had atleast 250+ support staff.

Treat this like Formula 3. Then 200 staff would be fine. :)

it's not about that, it's about the fact that the facilities aren't big enough.

What's the problem with 200 support staff?
It feels pretty balanced to me as it is and with some effort it's perfectly possible to design a good car and making sure the car parts are changed regularly.
The biggest gain for many managers still lies in training drivers properly.

Yes it would be nice to train our drivers properly, they cost the most money yet there's very little/slow development with them. Im lvl 5 and I'm looking at the 10m signing fees plus wages and I'll be lucky to be in the single figure points. Training is slow and by the time they are built up to be great drivers they'll have aged 20 years.
Lets face it, more people are playing igp because they love F1 than those who like F3 so it should be catered more towards F1, it's a faster sport with more money.
At the same time the extra support facilities would have to be managed well, otherwise it could just let higher level managers hire more staff and make it even harder for lower level managers to compete. There should be an automatic upgrade for all current facilities to improve their numbers

Training drivers take time but many dont seem to bother ór are unawere of the effects of training and just focus on the cars instead. It can take 4 - 5 seasons to have a driver fully trained but it will pay off once you're there.
Just trying to say that managers can do with what the current facilities when used well. :)
