What is the point in 10 extra levels, what will it bring? 

Also will the new league rules be like an opt in thing or forced onto all leagues? So will the host have to select no refuelling for example

The rules will be selectable by the host. As I understand it the default league settings will be as they are now.

Extra levels? Well I suppose it means us people who have been playing for a long time will have to start buying staff and upgrade HQs again. 

Jack and the Devs have not shared any details about the new levels structure so anything anyone says about it will be speculation. I'm hoping it is part of a longer term strategy because it's bad enough already with people promoting to Elite at L13 and having to compete against L20, I dread to think what will happen if there are L30s in the tier.

Yeah, really hard to fight. I am currently lvl 15 and fighting against 6 lvl 20 teams, just waiting for chances (rainy weather and inactive managers) to score some precious points. I wonder how horrible it will be for lvl 13 managers to fight with lvl 30 guys.

Maybe they will restructure the league tiers, or even add a new tier if possible.

I hope that it will not create a mess in the game….
The question which is in my head, as lvl 30 manager how will the drivers be? Are there than also lvl30 Max drivers or will they stay at lvl20max? I mean a full trained driver with full exp. Will have everything on 20….

Another (bigger) problem is that older players may have a high amount of token while fresh/younger players may have not so much. imagining a league all lvl20 managers, really competitive but than sone players with high amount of tokens will instantly build HQ and so on, while the younger player have to buy tokens or wait a century to get the buildings to lvl30
