Hello,

I can confirm it’s related to the short RAM capacity of this model. Can you try to close all the apps opened and use the 2D mode please?

I am able to view other races in 3D, just not my own. 
If other races load without issue then it can't be a ram issue, surely?

Hello,

It's not the same spectator than manager. It's a tablet with just 1,5 GB RAM, 1 GB RAM is consumed by the system os so pretty low RAM amount is left to run 3D and manager UI. Additionally the tablet is from 2016 according to gsmarena.

2020, it's an SM T505.

3Gb RAM

It's an intermittent problem. Tonight for example Japan has loaded first time in 3D

Other circuits nothing

Hello Steve,

If the tablet can't handle properly 3D the only advice I can give you is to use 2D mode.

If you want to play 3D as I recommended you before, try to close all the apps opened, clear app cache and check if you've enough storage. This said I can't guarantee it'll load properly or don't have unexpected  exit.

Thanks. It's just annoying that sometimes it loads and runs perfectly, and other times it just won't load at all.
