the transfer system is a joke, more of the wages for the drivers are a joke making the whole thing completely useless. now i cannot afford to hire a top driver at 1.2m as i will become negative very quickly and i cannot scout a driver as my headquarters for scouting is level 1 so i ask you to sort out the ridiculous wage and transfer system to allow me to even atleast try to compete.
The wages is always a problem in this game and every manager has to deal with it. If you want cheaper wages, you can develop your own academy but it will require a really long time, so not a viable choice. Instead, managers will go for transfer market players, who costs more but can grant them faster development chances. We must have a balance between tokens spent on HQ and tokens spent on investments.
Ues the game does this on purpose to force the use of tokens i assume, The youth route will take me months to get up and running which is also not possible as i loose money every race :D
Maybe I would say, but as you know, iGP is a game, and it needs money to develop and improve. You can also see that even with many tokens, you still can't guarantee a win, as you can only recruit better drivers and upgrade HQs faster. It doesn't affect the race pace.
By getting high prices on tokens (youth players), players have 2 choices:
1. Wait for around 10-15 races to earn enough tokens (3 tokens a race)
2. Skip the academy and buy players from the transfer markets
That high token price will bring lots of benefits on wages afterwards. Tbh I am also losing 1.5m every race in a 2-car league, so all I need to do to stay green is to wait for the "daily offers", where you can buy things like money, parts, engines with less tokens than usual. Currently, all my tokens are used to stay green and upgrade HQ, never think of wait for youths yet as they are really cramp at low level academys
