new tyre balance update

I see what the devs tried to do to balance the tyres, but it just won't be enough until we have to refill fuel. Removing fuel refills would give room for more strategies and being more reactive rather than everyone having their planned startegy that's hard to mess with in the middle of the race. Sure, juggling fuel has its managing skills, especially in really high levels, but removing it would benefit the game and would make more sense for the devs to keep working on tyre balance.

I totally agree since ss tyres are not fast because they are softer, but they are faster because you use them with less fuel.. I mean come on, ss being faster with 3 sec than mediums is a joke.
