I just acquired a driver, but when I train him he only gains 5 points of trianing progress. He is below my level so it's not the red star 3 points. Any ideas?

It's the age, he's already 33 and that shows in training speed.

Oh wow, didn't look at the age, he hasn't been in many races, must have been a back driver his whole career.🤯
