Should be changed the points attribution for all or at least for 2nd place.
Exemple 1: 1st 25, 2nd 20, 3rd 18, 4th 15, 5th 12, 6th 10, 7th 8, 8th 6, 9th 4 and 10th 2 points.
Exemple 2: 1st 25, 2nd 20, 3rd 15, 4th 12, 5th 10, 6th 8, 7th 6, 8th 4, 9th 2 and 10th 1 point.
Exemple 3: 1st 25, 2nd 20, 3rd 16, 4th 14, 5th 12, 6th 10, 7th 8, 8th 6, 9th 4, 10th 2 points.

better will be, if 15 or 20 drivers score points instead of 10 drivers only

I personally think that a custom point distribution system may be added, where managers can choose which positions will earn points and how much (of course, this can create leagues with points for the winner only lol, so it may not be that great)
Or, the devs can add several different point systems (like top 5, top 8, top 10, all drivers, etc) so that managers can choose.

I’d say if you want a different points distribution, (instead of letting the studio spend tons of money on it) I suggest you make a spreadsheet.
This is a win win situation: you have what you want (a different points distribution) and the studio has money and time to spend on more important gameplay updates.
If you don’t like a spreadsheet, you could even write it down
