When Car 1 Boosts, Lap Chart Sometimes also scrolls Down.
When Car 2 Boosts, Lap Chart Sometimes also scrolls Up.

Note also happened on windows 10 before I upgraded.

Can the bug be reproduced?
This happens pretty much every race, but not consistently throughout. I haven't found the trigger.
Additional comments:
This is a more vexing problem in a 1 car league where my lap chart continually scroll's down while I'm trying to keep an eye on Gaps to cars around me.
