End season as allways & have promotion because we had at least 16/32 racers

Rookies promoted , but Pros did NOT

I'll escalate this to the support team but looking at your Pro tier league rankings for last season (37) it only shows 13 teams.

Yes , indeed , we put 4 bot accounts in pro for the last race , hoping it would help for promotion , but i see now those accounts didnt race in abu .
my guess is that we shouldve put those bot accounts in pro before mexico ( race before abu ).

There is a 24 hour rule which prevents people hopping from league to league to harvest Rep/Tokens/Money.
If the Bot teams had competed in another league less than 24 hours before the start of your final race they would not have been entered and because they hadn't raced at all during the season they would not count as a team when calculating promotion.
This is why promotion did not occur, each of the Bot teams should have received a PM informing them they were ineligible to race.
It's not a bug in the game and as such I don't believe Support will carry out a manual promotion. Others have had similar requests turned down and it would be unfair for those leagues if Support intervened in yours.
