question about, talent, you can't train it i know, but if i get keep my level 3 driver until level 7,8,9 and higher, his talent will always be level 3, how will that affect him? I don't understand how it works. Because my Driver (Max Verstappen, yes he is Dutch an 17) i want to keep forever, so i can rank him up whilst i do as well, but how badily will level 3 talent affect him?

He can become good when well trained but his skills will never be optimal.
To point to the skills graphic for a driver is probably the easiest way to explain. When having a lvl20 talent driver, skills you train to the maximum will also show up as a maximum in the graphic. When having a lower talent driver, (some of) the skills in the graphic will never show it at it's maximum even while the driver is fully trained.
In other words, the driver can become as good as he can be but i won't be able to reach the same level of performance of a lvl20 talent driver.
Drivers with 15-20 talent won't be very bad though but lvl3 is taunting it a bit to much I think. On the other hand, when just starting with iGP it can get you through the time where you build up your team and even will get you to the Pro tier. Once in a competitive Elite tier, start thinking about another driver. :)
