1) Not sure if this is already a thing or not, but driver errors. This would include collision with other drivers, causing partial or total part failure. This could also include going off course and losing multiple seconds.
2) A driver learning curve: The younger a driver is, the more they can pick up and learn early in their career. As a driver gets older, their stats raise a little slower. Could this be something coupled with a driver's talent rating?
3) Race dependent equipment wear? Typically, your suspension is always the first to go. For a track requiring pushing the engine more, it should wear the engine more. On a track that requires high downforce levels, it should wear the chassis and other aerodynamic parts more. Tracks with more elevation change should put more wear on the suspension. This would also make some tracks be very hard on your car, so proper preparation would be required.
4) Optional ability to operate a "development" team under one account(using the same bank account)? This way, you could know how your up and coming drivers/staff would do prior to hiring them, much like Toro Rosso to Red Bull. It could be like a purchasable facility of sorts.
5) Fixed car series? Have all the cars at say... 75% performance for example. It could be a selectable option for a league, and it could give new players a great way to be on a more fair and even playing field. Not only that, but it could give them the chance to make early money, learn the basics of the game, etc.
6) Practice time charts? You could compare your times to other teams before even taking to the track via pre-qualification adjustments and practice sessions through a time chart that is displayed on the "Next Race" screen under it's own tab.

1) This is already implemented but shows up less and less as driver levels increase. It's also the reason qualifying results can seem unpredictable in highly competitive leagues, as teams are all almost identical but drivers can make several tenths of mistake on a qualifying lap.
2) Already implemented in the form of skill atrophy - this increases with driver age achieving the same effect.
3) Too complex for most people to enjoy.
4) Since the benefits are marginal at best to a few people, and it's highly complicated to develop, we can't justify building such a feature. People already create two accounts if they want a B team and we allow that.
5) I like this idea. It could be a good way to introduce rookies to gameplay. Something for the future.
6) I also like this idea and will see what we can do about implementing it when we re-introduce practice lap times.

Speaking Of Practice lap times..When do you think they'll be making a return?

Number six doesn't seem that interesting to me. However, if it is implemented, all the teams who start, finalize, and save their set up minutes before qualifying gain a slight upper hand.
I am one of those teams :P

How about a way to view the telemetary from previous seasons. I feel this could be helpful when it comes to tyre and fuel strategy.

Guys, if you have suggestions please make a new suggestions thread for each suggestion or group of suggestions you have. :)
If you make new unrelated suggestions within existing suggestion threads they will likely to be forgotten, simply because when we go back across the forum looking at suggestions we won't see it there. When we scour for suggestions we don't go reading every post in every thread, but we might scan the suggestion forum thread titles and read the OP, and any related discussion.
