Chinese GP strange car actions

At China the cars behave strangely, they just slow then speed up on a straight,  if this was on entering a corner that would be understandable but they do it on the small straight after the S bend from the pit straight then again on the straight after the next corner. When it happened first I thought it maybe a connection problem, but yesterday it was exactly the same. I guess it's not a bug but a programming issue as it happens every lap for all cars, it just looks weird when you leave the corner, accelerate then the car slows for a few seconds then accelerates away again.
