I have recently got an iPad and I have been unable to watch my race in data view, meaning I have been unable to change strategy mid race, with just having the timings screen. Is there some software to download or does it not work on iPads (Safari). If anyone could help it would be early appreciated.
Mobile devices don't come equipped with Java and you will not be able to live manage a race on a mobile device. Just for the hell of it I have considered using a Java emulator but haven't gotten around to doing that.
I've been using Firefox virtual browser. It's the only iPad friendly Java utility I could find. It's a bit of a pain to use, but not too bad once you get used to it.

Currently you can't run the live race viewer on an iPad unfortunately as they don't support Java. Although, Ray may have worked out a solution of sorts (See post #5)
It won't be available as an app soon, but I am developing a web application which will run well in the browser on any mobile device or tablet. This does not include the race viewer though, but all the screens outside of the race. Until the race viewer is redeveloped as a web application too it won't be playable as standard on tablets.
