I tried to go to the race to do the strategy things
What happened instead?
It went to 100% loaded then was stuck there for 5 minutes until i backed out. tried again and it still did not work.

It happens occasionally but i have found no real pattern other than it seems like every other race in the league.
Additional comments:
moving around to a new location to get better service does not help.
