*This ranking shows the list of leagues that offer “close racing throughout the season,” in the ELITE tier. This list does not indicate how fast the managers in these leagues are, nor does it show which league is the best. But in these leagues, you won't find only 1 or 2 teams winning all the time. So if you are looking for active leagues (in the ELITE tier), start with this list.

As this thread is pinned at the top of the forum, it is a great medium for your league to be advertised.

Calculation method
Based on the ranking of the previous season, each league achieves its own competitiveness coefficient [C]. In the single-car leagues the coefficient is calculated by dividing the points obtained by the seventh classified by the points obtained by the first classified. In the two-car leagues the coefficient is calculated by dividing the points obtained by the fourth classified by the points obtained by the first classified. It was decided to differentiate the calculation method between the two types of leagues, because it is objectively more likely that with just one car there can be a very close fight between many managers at the end of the season. 

RANKING CRITERIA
To enter the rankings, a league must meet ALL of the following three criteria:

1. have had a minimum of active managers in the Elite tier in each of the one seasons prior to the current one (13 for two-car leagues, 25 for single-car leagues); 
2. have had a competitiveness coefficient greater than 0.300 for two seasons including the most current "finished" season (the one that was used to calculate for this month's coefficient);
3. must not have rules that penalize managers in proportion to the ranking (example: the first placed must use hard tires, the second place team must use medium tires, and/or similar). 

If a league on this ranking list no longer meets all three above-mentioned criteria, it will be removed from the list, or moved down to the Honorable Mentions section of this thread.

How to get your league on this list?
If your league meets ALL of the above-mentioned three criteria but does not appear on this list, please send me a message, and I will enter your league into the ranking. (please make sure that you include the League ID number in your message)

If your league is password-protected, your league maybe moved to the Honorable Mention section of this thread, or not be included in this thread at all since the public cannot view your league.
