Would anyone be interested in being able to loan out young drivers from academy to teams that can't afford good drivers which would get the young drivers exp up?

I think this is a good idea. People seem to not be bothered to show up for rookie races.

I would absolutely love this idea and think it should be implemented. A season long loan, where the loanee has to pay a one off signing fee (perhaps 25/50% of a transfer fee) and the loaner still pays the wages. The loanee gets a decent T20 driver without breaking the bank, and the loanee gets experience for their youth prospect. Everyone wins.

Can’t see there ever happening.  Lots of players have multiple accounts so easy to exp farm and iGP would lose a source of revenue through less transfer activity

Good idea in theory but there's really no need too loan a driver

Since you can no longer transfer drivers easily between teams through the market anymore, and since the height problem still exists in quali and getting a driver 190cm and above is almost impossible, I'd say there's every reason and need to. Just my opinion though.

I've had two 190cm drivers in the last 630 youths. That's a 0.32% success rate. Maybe I'm glitched!
