I think I know the answer but need clarification. If I leave a league after just racing and join another. Am I able to race the next day if both times are the same?

The answer is:

You will be eligible to race the next day in a different league providing the race start time in the league you are joining is the same as (or later than) the league you are leaving. 

I wasn't sure but I have just tested by jumping around a few leagues with a bot account. Apologies to the leagues I gate-crashed.
