It's obvious if set to all it will train a random attribute, only if it's set to physical will it train stamina and weight. It will usually say what's been trained once the bar is full, if there is nothing to train it will say no gain. The physical should be the first thing to train with drivers, followed by driving then mental being last.

If you take the time to check out his drivers stats, In this case all stats are maximum apart from weight. So training all by your logic should reduce the weight. So I would not say the cause of the issue is obvious.
It could be that training was not set to All, but mental or driving ability instead, which would then produce no effect. But in theory if training "All" or "Physical" the weight should reduce each time the bar fills up.
The bug report is to say that this is not happening.

No, if All is selected the game chooses a random area to train. If no skills are trainable in the selected area nothing will be trained. To ensure weight is trained always then Physical training has to be selected. You're the manager, if you order mixed training then mixed training will be done, if there's room for gain or not.

All the other stats are maxed (except talent and experience), so the only trainable stat is weight. therefore, it should be going down when set to all.

Interesting, could you please clarify what would happen in a theoretical scenario for me please for my own understanding so I can assist others within our leagues when they encounter this (I was assisting Mack originally before I advised to raise a bug as we were stumped.)
If a manager has maxed all driving abilities, and all physical attributes, plus one of the 4 mental attributes and chooses to train “all”.
Then the training could be applied to any random stat including those that are already maximised.
Yet if they were to train mental, is there zero chance that the maximised mental stat would be trained? Or just better chances that you will train a useful stat since you are more focused.
If set to all it will randomly select any of the 3 attributes even if it's already maxed or not, as I said earlier it's best to train physical first as this doesn't increase the drivers star level significantly, you will be able to train drivers faster that way.
The op claimed it was set to 'all' that doesn't mean it would just select the attribute he needed it on. If you select an attribute and there are areas to be trained then it will add to them each time until it's full, then if you keep training no gain will be made.
I think this needs moving to help and support as it's not a bug.
I think You may be confusing my theoretical situation with the OP’s situation.
OP had all stats maxed apart from stamina. Agree with your training order for the record.
Stamina was not trained when “all” was selected despite it being the only remaining stat which isn’t maximised.
I think the Explanation from the moderator has provided us with us that this is “as designed” and that “all”’ has a scattergun method of deciding which stat will be trained. And at any time it can train any stat, including if they are maximised. Which then explains why no benefit to stamina was received when training “all” with every trainable stat maximised apart from stamina.
My experience is the same as yours, training fills in non maximised stats first. So hearing that “all” is scattergun is a surprise. (Or I don’t understand Mr Moderators explanation ?)
Within Driving and Mental the game chooses the weakest, lowest stat to train. So even if some skills within those areas are maxed they won't get chosen until all others within it are also maxed. In Physical it's random but the game will still select the one that's still trainable, so the right type of training always gives results. Only setting the game to All risks not getting a skill up, and continuing training a maxed out area or driver of course.
