Game stuck on background screen(PC client, not browser)

I tried to delete cache, reinstall the app but it didn't work.

When starting the game it just stucks on background screen. Also it happens after quitting livery editor mode.

I have this problem too, the only thing to do (it works for me) is to quit the game and restart it sometimes I need to restart the game three or four times.

Same here seems like it doesn't want to load the UI. Only solution is to restart the game. Please fix :)
