Basically, having trouble selling drivers. Have been placing a driver up for action since Saturday. He's been up for in for most hours of, excluding when I'm in bed of course. Have a timer that goes off every ±3 hours. Even posted in the Marketplace forum. Have had 1 respondent in the DM's. Unluckily they are not yet at a level to be able to purchase.
Before I go on. Let the record show that the new transfers system is far more user friendly than the previous one. Furthermore one and find T20 drivers if they spend enough 4min rounds on the transfer page. I was able to purchase a female drover at Lvl 18 (4.5 ⭐)...
The bad side of my luck is that I have 3 drivers who are each on 1.2Mil per race. Perhaps a Lvl 19 (5.0 red ⭐), is not an easy sell, considering that the player base that can purchase the driver, often already have a driver of a similar calibre, or looking for a teen, rather than 22yr old driver.
My concern is I would have no choice but to give the driver up for 4.2mil, whereas at auction it's 7.6mil, which if I am right I got them for about ±6mil. I want the 7.6mill to make up for the 8mill spent on the new driver because the game is called "iGP Manager"... Feels like we're being dealt the short stick.
To be fair it could just be me and hence an isolated incident. Though I spent a week in a similar situation, eventually I did sell, but still at a loss because of the 1.2mil wage and pure stubbornness I guess.
Any advice, or "it is what it is!"?
Sidenote. What's the point of adding Drivers and Staff to the shortlist, who are often free agents but very seldomly appear on the market?
UPDATE: YES!!!!! The driver got sold, for 0 000 000.00... ??? I can only laugh, honestly.
