How to get better drivers.

So i am really confused how to get drivers with more talent the max I got it 3. Anyone got ideas? 

Talent is not related to player level. There are three ways to get higher talent drivers


1) search transfer market on a routine basis, there will be higher talent ones but it may take some time before you find one
2) young driver academy. The higher level your academy, the higher the chance of finding high talent ones
3) epic driver pack if you have some real money to spend on it

That beeing said, you will only need to have a higher talent driver once you hit elite tier (or very competitive pro tier)

You could also improve you situation by training your drivers as well.

1. Set to Physical and get stamina to 20 and weight down to 51kg for male drivers and 46kg for female drivers.
2. Then set to driver attributes and try everything up to 20
3. Then set to mental and aim to train everything to 20  (you can’t train experience this will go up as you race more)

You can’t train talent either.  While in rookie it’s not so important to keep upgrading your drivers to keep pace its your manager talent increases, but normally in Pro and certainly in Elite you should aim to do this.
