What does health effect?

I've been looking at some new drivers and I saw some of them have very low health. What exactly would this mean? How does it effect their performence etc?

they fatigue quicker.  You can train health.  But unless you subscribe and pay the quickest is 3% per race but other attributes will reduce if you only train health

Health effects everything, at 50% health a 20 talent driver will act more like a 10 talent not to mention get slower as the race goes on.
