As above. Like Ferrari did with Eddie Irvine in 1996, we can pay X million to buy a good driver out of their contract with another team, provided the other team agrees of course.

This would be open to exploitation, since you could funnel lots of money in to one team by creating multiple accounts and doing large bids for their drivers. This is why, for now at least, we don\'t allow financial interactions between teams.

Hope it\'s OK if I add something in here, I\'ve been thinking about this as an option - the ability to contract out drivers. It could be doene the same way a contract extension is currently done for a driver - you can contract them out for X races, but with maximum rates (110% of what you\'re paying them now) and the other team trains them and develops them, but at the end of the contract they return to you and they automatically replace any driver you have signed in their place. If you sign someone for more races than your optioned driver is signed for, then they fully replace your optioned driver.
Just a thought :) Can\'t wait to see what you guys come up with going forward.

An idea I thought would be good to explore would be the possibility of pay drivers, maybe as a seperate tab in the Drivers section, certain drivers (maybe with less skills as the regular drivers or always starting at maybe 2 on the skill front) pay for a seat each race. Or maybe with new engine suppliers coming up (as the ones currently supplied are good, there is always room for expansion), then certain conditions can be met for new engine suppliers such as: To recieve a 25% discount on engines the team must employ one driver bearing the same nationality of the supplier. Just an idea.

can i please add my opinion....pay drivers will NEVER happen....(im not even sure why people keep asking for it?)
i have 28m in my bank, with nothing to spend it one right now....
the moeny, if anything, is TOO leanient, and leave little to \'save for\' as basically, whatever you need (provided you manage your finances well) you will have the money for...
just my opinion....
