DRS detection zone

It's annoying to everybody when you are within the drs range and driver in front pits and because of that you don't have the DRS  anymore. Same problem with lapped car when you overtake a lap car just before the drs straight and no longer have it because you overtook it 0.01 second before the straight. 

And what do you suggest?

I think it would be useful but I'm not sure this is going to happen, I guess it's a bit difficult to realise :/

I voted no. Being able to note such little details is what managing is all about and this is a manager game.

How about cars have to indicate  when they are about to enter the pits? ?

Yeah, sure and indicate when they will overtake or indicate when they are gonna use boost ?

wouldn't that be the same? sometimes you will pass a backmarker just before detection zone and lose DRS. i think the problem with the pits can be fixed with making the pit entrances more obvious (like anticipating them)

Nah, that won’t be good for the layout of the circuit in general. I think the best solution is introduce a detection point or put a signal (like when you are using drs) that activate at the start of sector 3 and advice the other managers you are going to pit in that lap.

Imo, just need a small dot beside the DRS in the driver screen. It will light up when you are eligible to active DRS.
I also agree with the signal of sb is going to pit. In this case they just need to copy Motorsport Manager though...
