What did you try to do?
After last season finished half an hour ago, the top two teams in the Rookie tier didn't get promoted to the Pro tier. There were 15 teams present in the tier and promotion was and still is active in the admin settings.

What happened instead?
The top two teams remained in the Rookie tier.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the model of your device?
Samsung Galaxy S10e

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?

Can the bug be reproduced?
Hopefully not.

Additional comments:
Please make sure the two Rookie tier teams that finished in 1st and 2nd in the finished season are promoted to the Pro tier. League ID 106011.
